If you choose to sign in using Google Authentication (Google OAuth), Sailant may access limited Google account information required for authentication.

• Google account unique identifier (User ID)

Sailant does not access Gmail, Google Drive files, or other Google user data unless explicitly required by a feature you enable.
Google user data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.

These providers may process data solely for operational purposes under their own security and privacy obligations.
Sailant does not allow third parties to use user data for marketing or advertising.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the security of the platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

• token-based authentication storage

Sensitive data, including authentication tokens, is stored securely within our backend infrastructure (such as Supabase) and is not exposed publicly.

Google user data obtained through OAuth is retained only for as long as the user maintains an account or active integration with Sailant.
If a user deletes their account or disconnects Google authentication:
• associated tokens are revoked
• related account data is deleted or anonymized
We do not retain Google user data longer than necessary for service functionality.

Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
When an account is deleted:
• authentication tokens are revoked
• associated stored data is removed from our active systems
• remaining data may be removed from backups during normal retention cycles

Sailant does not use marketing or advertising cookies.
We do not use:

• infrastructure security

Disabling these technologies may prevent the Services from functioning properly.

Sailant’s Services may involve AI-powered voice agents that interact with callers.
Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to provide services such as lead capture, scheduling, and analytics.
By interacting with businesses using Sailant, users acknowledge and consent to such processing where permitted by law.
14. AI PROCESSING
Sailant uses artificial intelligence systems to process and respond to user inputs as part of its Services.
User-provided data may be processed in real time to generate responses, automate workflows, and enable voice and messaging functionality.
Sailant does not use customer data to train public AI models or share it with third parties for training purposes.
